Love this gym! As someone who wants to get in shape, but doesn’t have hours to half-heartedly elliptical and wander aimlessly around a box gym, doing random exercises, I did a trial membership at Brooklyn Fitness.
I started with a comprehensive physical assessment, which was pretty enlightening. i learned everything from my body fat and muscle percentages, to how I move. Each warm-up and exercise is incredibly purposeful and well thought out. Workouts are custom and exercises change monthly, so just as you’re getting comfortable, it’s time to switch it up. It’s only been a few weeks, but I feel better already. Trainers are awesome!!! Really encouraging but know when to push you. Vibe is great. Facilities are spacious and clean.
